Ainora Lite mobile app

Ainora Lite puts your business inbox, contacts, calendar and social posts on your phone. It's for Ainora clients and their staff.

Getting started

  1. Install Ainora Lite from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Open it and enter your work email: the same email you use for your Ainora account.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code we email you. There's no password.

Common questions

It says my email "hasn't been invited"

You can sign in if you're a user of a business connected to Ainora Lite, or if an admin has invited you. Ask your business owner or admin to invite you from Settings → Team → Invite, or check that you're using the same email as your Ainora account.

I didn't get the sign-in code

Codes arrive within a minute from no-reply@ainora.ai. Check your spam or junk folder, and that the email address is spelled correctly. Each code expires after 10 minutes; you can request a new one.

I can't see some conversations or contacts

Owners and admins see everything in the business. Other team members see the conversations and contacts assigned to them. Ask your admin if you need more access.

How do I switch between businesses?

If you have access to more than one business, tap the business name at the top of any screen and choose another.

I'm not getting notifications

In the app go to Settings → Enable push notifications and allow them. Also check your phone's settings: Settings → Notifications → Ainora Lite (iPhone) or Settings → Apps → Ainora Lite → Notifications (Android).

How do I connect my business?

Owners and admins can go to Settings → Connect another business, sign in with their Ainora login and choose the business. Your Ainora team can also connect it for you.

Delete your account

You can delete your Ainora Lite account at any time:

  1. In the app: open Ainora Lite, go to Settings and tap Delete account, then confirm.
  2. By email: write to contact@ainora.ai from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Ainora Lite account".

We delete your account data (email, name, role, sign-in records and notification tokens) within 30 days. The business data you worked with belongs to your business and stays with it. If you're the only owner of a connected business, disconnect the business first, or contact us and we'll help.
